It all begins with an idea.
My grandpa's favorite animal was the baby elephant, which inspired me to create the logo for my little shop. But you may be wondering why it has seeds on its ears, and what is “Bana”?
In Venezuela, soursop is called guanabana ("guan-ah-bah-nah"). An old friend was once visiting and tried a guanabana fruit smoothie, to which he responded, "Wow! This combination of fruits is amazing!"
confused, we asked him, “what combination of fruits?”
he said "Guan and Bana!”
This became a beloved family inside joke, which was eventually tweaked to become the name One & Bana. Thus, the logo melds what we value most -- good times and great company. The seeds on the ears represent the soursop!
